Writers Group

PLEASE NOTE: Studios630 Writers Group is on hiatus. We will resume meetings soon. If you have any questions, please use the Studios630 Facebook page to get in touch or contact us here. Thank you!

Are you a creative writer looking for the support of other writers? Need to get “unstuck” or seeking feedback on your work? Studios630 hosts a meetup of writers looking for a positive atmosphere in which to explore and hone their craft.

This group meets the second Sunday of the month (unless otherwise noted) from 3-5 p.m. We are currently meeting at ArtLife Studio and Gallery, 425 s. Main Street in Lombard.

Meetings include discussion of writing issues, critique and feedback on submitted work, freewriting exercises (as time allows) and optional “homework” writing exercises. Guest speakers may also be on the agenda.

Spend Sunday afternoon with us and get your words flowing! Please feel free to bring a short piece of your work to read. For up-to-date information, check the events on the Studios630 Facebook page.
